Together, against systemic racism and discrimination
Quebec Native Women (QNW) invites you to a gathering to be held on December 3rd at 3:00 pm, in front of the Tourny fountain on Honoré-Mercier Avenue in Quebec City.
The purpose of this event is to denounce the existence of systemic racism and discrimination in Quebec against Indigenous people, and in particular against Indigenous women and girls. The event will demand that the government recognize the existence of systemic racism and discrimination and adopt Joyce’s Principle.
This event will also be an opportunity to highlight issues affecting Indigenous women and girls that are the result of systemic racism and discrimination. Among these issues, QNW reminds everyone that Every Child Matters and calls for Justice for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
We invite you to join us at this important gathering for the well-being of Indigenous women and girls in Quebec.
Here is also the link to the Facebook event, where you can follow a live broadcast if you can’t attend the gathering.
We look forward to seeing you there!
