Women Resisting Extractivism
On April 28th, more than forty women defenders of land, life and environment will meet in Montreal to share their experiences and resistance strategies and to speak out about the threats they are facing doing so.
In solidarity with their struggles, get informed by participating in the International Meeting “Women resisting extractivism : building collective strategies”.

WORKSHOPS
Simultaneous workshops will offer insight into the greatest challenges that women land defenders are facing, the gendered impacts of natural resource extraction, alternatives to extractivism, as well as their creative strategies to access justice
