ISABELLE PAILLÉ

Isabelle, Abenaki, held the position of Global Health Coordinator since 2020. She previously held the position of Coordinator for Non-Violence Promotion and the Native Shelter Network in Quebec from 2012 to 2020. In Global Health, her role is to promote the health of Indigenous women living in Quebec and to defend their interests.

Her main activities are:
- Develop projects aimed at prevention, education and awareness related to the overall health of Indigenous women in Quebec;
- Provide training to various groups involved in the field of global health, such as schools, governments and ministries throughout Quebec, numerous Canadian and Quebec foundations, as well as various QNW working partners, including health research groups;
- Participate in various research projects related to global health.
