First Nations Forum on Sexual Assault
Lately, more and more Indigenous people have spoken up to denounce the violence that they face. The First Nations Forum on Sexual Assault, organized by Québec Native Women in partnership with the FNQLHSSC, is an opportunity to meet, exchange and reflect collectively on solutions to put an end to the problem of sexual assault within our populations. It is time to commit together and act towards collective healing.
During the Forum, participants will get to work on improving and adapting a proposal of action plan to fight sexual assault in First Nations. From March 27th to 29th 2018, the Forum will include an explanation of the current context, success stories and work sessions on the action plan.
This Forum is the starting point of a durable and collective movement towards relational and sexual health. We heal together!
